Queensland Rail Stopline Service
This website is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Queensland Rail which enables employees, visitors, volunteers, contractors and other persons to report any suspected or actual cases of fraud or corrupt conduct occurring within Queensland Rail.
This external service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with experienced staff ready to receive disclosure information.
Queensland Rail employees are required to report any suspected or actual cases of fraud and corrupt conduct to their supervisor or manager (unless it is suspected they have an involvement) and the Queensland Rail Stopline service.
If employees do not feel comfortable with reporting the matter to their supervisor or manager and want to remain anonymous, they can do so by reporting it to the Queensland Rail Stopline service only.
Employees may also contact the Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) on 1800 061 611 or the Queensland Police. The CCC working with Queensland Rail, are responsible for receiving and investigating allegations of serious or systemic corrupt conduct including fraud matters.
Further information on the sorts of matters that should be reported and the ways in which they can be reported are found throughout this site. We encourage you to explore this site and read the frequently asked questions about the service provided to Queensland Rail by Stopline and how it works.
